The Wythe County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to give the citizens served by the Wythe County public water system an opportunity to comment on a proposed rate change. In accordance with the Code of Virginia Section 15.2-2119, and subsequent revisions, the Wythe County Board of Supervisors proposes to change the rates charged for water services as follows:

The public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon as practicable thereafter, in the Board of Supervisors’ Meeting Room, 340 South Sixth Street, Wytheville, Virginia 24382 to hear public comment on the proposed water rate change.
